Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods and Carriers
Customers can choose their preferred shipping carrier at checkout. All shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of each product.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Fresh to Order
Some pastries and breads are made fresh to order. For overnight shipping, customers must place their order at least 24 hours in advance if needed the next day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimated based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Taxes
All applicable taxes are charged based on the state of California.

Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@schwartzsbites.com. We will replace the product. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Deliveries
We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect shipping addresses or refused deliveries. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
